Our NOGAL blend offers similar cup characteristics to the famous Genuine Antigua coffee, but with the peculiarity that the different coffees chosen for this exceptional blend are produced in coffee farms outside the Antigua Valley.
Very few farms in the highest coffee producing regions of Guatemala reunite the necessary conditions to produce this extraordinary coffee. Throughout the crop only a limited amount of parchment deliveries pass the critical analysis of our experienced quality control personnel in order to be classified as NOGAL.
Additionally, in comparison to Estate coffees, which depend on weather and crop cycles, principal elements influencing crop development, our NOGAL blend offers the attractiveness of consistency each year.
