A well-balanced cup with an enjoyable body is the heart of our CEDRO blend. The coffees used in this blend come from various regions blessed with rich volcanic soils and unique microclimates, which substantially favour the quality of the coffee.

Through the establishment of a meticulous cupping procedure we identify the appropriate qualities for our CEDRO blend to guarantee a uniform quality throughout crops.
